Reconciliation journey lines.

We collaborated with one of Australia’s clean energy pioneers to create a bespoke and meaningful Reconciliation Action Plan design.

Windlab Reconciliation Action Plan Design 2025

An essential part of any Reconciliation Action Plan is the creation of a journey design—a design that visually tells the story of an organisation’s reconciliation path.

For Windlab, that journey is defined by building projects that do right by people, respect Country, and protect the planet, while setting a higher standard for how renewable energy should be delivered.

The design embodies the company’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that both people and Country are honoured throughout the development of renewable energy projects across Australia.

Windlab’s final Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is more than a corporate document—it is a declaration of values, vision, and respect.

Created to capture Windlab’s reconciliation journey, the design reflects the organisation’s role in working alongside First Nations peoples. Every element carries cultural and symbolic meaning, celebrating this deep respect Windlab has between land, community, and the clean energy future Windlab is helping to shape change and build opportunities.

Central to the design are patterns representing the flow of wind and energy—mirroring Windlab’s core mission. These patterns intertwine with motifs inspired by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural symbols, acknowledging the diverse Nations and Countries on which the company operates through contemporary visuals.
