Creating a Reconciliation identity for a global educational leader.

Edmund Rice Education, a global leader in education, collaborated with us to develop and launch their first Reconciliation Action Plan.

Edmund Rice Foundation Australia Reconciliation Action Plan

When Edmund Rice Education Australia embarked on developing its first Reconciliation Action Plan, it sought a visual identity that reflected its commitment to reconciliation, inclusion and lasting relationships with First Nations peoples.

We began the process with a contemporary artwork supplied by Edmund Rice Education created by Townsville based First Nations artist Robert Paul.

Through the artwork vectorisation stage we extracted elements and created a contemporary First Nations design style that brings Edmund Rice Australias Reconciliation journey to life. The artwork and design captures the organisation’s journey towards reconciliation while honouring the enduring connections between people, place, culture and education. The result is a distinctive visual language that extends beyond the RAP itself, providing a meaningful foundation for future storytelling and engagement.

Banner titled 'Statement on First Nations Education' showing students in green blazers walking outdoors with the Edmund Rice Education Australia logo, against decorative green, blue, and yellow shapes.

Throughout the design process…

Two-page brochure spread titled 'Our vision for Reconciliation' showing a group of shirtless men in red briefs in a courtyard, with a crowd watching and circular decorative graphics nearby.
